As you know, I am busy planning my 50,000 word project for NaNoWriMo. My original idea of extending my novel is now nowhere to be seen. And I have also moved from an anthology of stories from pre-history to modern day, to just Medieval! There is such a richness of information and stories in that period that I am pretty sure I can do the 50,000 on the one period – which opens up all kinds of possibilities for future anthologies.
So I think my next planning step is to decide what the actual stories will be and complete most of the research: I have done too much historical writing to know that there will be some research necessities that will pop up. But the bones will be there – I just need to add flesh to them.
Stay tuned!
Cheers
